Spanish Colonial Fluted Sided Pitcher
18th Century Pure Silver

spanish colonial silver pitcher

This fine example of a Spanish Colonial pitcher dates to the late 18th century (possibly earlier) and was probably made in Colombia. It is heavy for its size with a fluted body a cast handkle. The silversmith is unknown and there are no marks, which suggests that it was not tax paid.
